The city of Kansas City is holding meetings this week to give an update on its downtown streetcar plans and on how construction would affect residents and business owners.
Plans are for a line along Main Street from the River Market to the Union Station/Crown Center area.
One meeting is going on now and through 7 p.m. at the Steamboat Arabia Museum, 400 Grand Blvd. The final meeting is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Union Station in the Arthur Stillwell room (C level, near the Grand Gallery.) There are brief presentations at 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30.
