Osborne

Robert C. and Beverly A. (Richards) Osborne of Independence will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 3.

Mr. and Mrs. Osborne have two children, Robert J. Osborne and Rebecca Wescott of Independence, and four grandchildren, Ryan Wescott, Amber Wescott, Seth Osborne and Jamie Osborne.

They were married Aug. 3, 1958, at the Church of God, and have lived in Independence all their married life.

Robert worked for Allis-Chalmers before retiring in 1999, and is now employed by Spot Not Car Wash. He is a Shriner.

Beverly worked for Mercantile Bank, and is now employed by Minskys Pizza.

They are members of Fairmount United Methodist Church.
