Hackley

John and Donna Hackley of Sunrise Beach, Mo., will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 20.

Mr. and Mrs. Hackley have four children, Carolyn Pittsenbarger of Blue Springs, Debbie Liles of Independence, Tammy Hubbard of Raymore, and Tim Hackley of Vickburg, Mich., seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

They were married Aug. 20, 1948, in Blue Springs, where they lived for more than 35 years before moving to Sunrise Beach.

John worked for the General Motors Leeds assembly plant for 33 years before retiring in 1984.

They are members of the First Baptist Church of Sunrise Beach.
