Pauli

Lowell and Joan Pauli of Blue Springs are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Aug. 16, 1958, at the Methodist church in Thayer, Mo.

Mr. and Mrs. Pauli have three children, Susan, Dennis and Mark, and one grandchild, Joshua, and a family celebration is being planned in October.

Mr. Pauli obtained a master’s degree in library science from Drexel University in Philadelphia. They moved from Springfield, Mo., to Blue Springs in 1966, where Joan has been a homemaker, and Lowell an area administrator with the Mid-Continent Public Library for 28 years, prior to his retirement in 1995.
