Week in ReligionWhile 30 percent of Americans feel religion is largely old fashioned and outdated, a majority believe otherwise. In a Gallup poll conducted in May, 57 percent of respondents indicated that religion can answer all or most of today’s problems.The question has been asked by Gallup multiple times since it was first queried in 1957. In that initial poll, 82 percent of Americans believed in the problem-solving of religion, while only 7 percent felt it was outdated.
