Animals Best Friends has many wonderful animals that are looking for good forever homes. If you are thinking of adopting a new pet this is a good time of year to do so before winter sets in. When looking for a pet please consider adult animals along with younger ones. Adult animals are usually well behaved and many are already house trained.
Oliver is a 7-month-old shepherd mix. He is a loving boy and good puppy. Oliver walks well on a leash and wants to please the people he is with. He is already kennel trained and learning good house manners.
Heidi is also a 7-month-old shepherd mix. She is sweet and playful. Heidi loves to play fetch with her ball. She is working on socialization and walking well on a leash. Heidi loves everyone she meets and wiggles her tail to show them so. She is kennel trained and house-trained.
Gia is a 9-year-old terrier mix. She is a precious soul who loves people and loves to play. Gia will grab a toy when she sees one of her caregivers coming because she wants to play. She came to ABF when her owner passed away. Gia has adjusted to her new situation well and is looking for a new home to spend the rest of her years. Gia gets along well with other dogs but should not be placed with cats.
If you think that any of these kids would be a good fit in your family please go to our website at www.animalsbestfriends.org and complete an application. ABF does home visits and two week trials to be sure that the animal and family are a good fit.
