Two seniors from Fort Osage High School have been honored by the Rotary Club of Independence as students of the month.
Honors, Awards, Scholastic Achievements: National Honors Society Member, chamber choir, “A” Honor Roll, Drama Club President 2013-14, Choir Vice President (2013-14)
Extracurricular Activities: chamber choir, theatre and private vocal lessons
Future Plans: Claire plans to attend UMKC next fall and study English (emphasis in Creative Writing) and Vocal Performance

Extracurricular Activities: Works at Hy-Vee in Independence, community/professional/school theatre, debate and forensics, ballet/contemporary/lyrical dance classes, Chamber Choir, volunteers at Children’s Performing and Encore Theatres at the Sermon Center
Future Plans: Nehemiah plans to major in Musical Theatre with a minor in Computer Science. He also plans to move to New York and pursue theatre within the next five years.
