LINCOLN, Neb. – Grand Island (Neb.) dominated the lower weights to record a 49-27 victory over Blue Springs’ wrestling team Friday at the University of Nebraska’s Devaney Center.

With the dual starting at 126 pounds, Grand Island won the first five bouts until Daniel Lewis’ pin at 160 for the Wildcats.

Collyn Allen (182), Michael Pixley (195) and Atlanta McMillan (285) also won by pin for Blue Springs, with Pixley’s coming in just 27 seconds. Jeremy King (120) managed to win an 8-5 decision to finish the match.
