  • The Midwest Genealogy Center will hold a seminar, “Genie Tech 2014,” from 9 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Saturday, March 8, at the Genealogy Center, 3440 S. Lee's Summit Road in Independence.
    Even if you have a new gadget and feel confident in your ability to negotiate the technological landscape, you’ll benefit from this. Genealogy experts Lisa Louise Cooke and Kathleen Brandt will showcase the latest tech tools for your genealogy research.
