A conservative correspondent of mine recently — and smugly, I might  say — brought to my attention a letter signed by 500 economists expressing opposition to raising the federal minimum wage to $10.10 an hour.


Well, it didn’t take me long to find a letter taking the opposite side of the matter — and bearing the signatures of 600 economists. So there!
