Legendary actor Mickey Rooney died Sunday, CNN reported. The 93-year-old was a megastar in the 1930s and 1940s, often appearing in films with Judy Garland. Besides his film career, Rooney was known for his size - he was 5 feet, 2 inches - and his many wives. In 1956 he received an Oscar nomination for his work in "The Bold and the Brave."
Searchers for the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 have a "promising lead," AP reported. Underwater sounds have been detected that may be coming from the ship's black box, search officials said.
