MOBERLY, Mo. — A late rally paid off for the Fort Osage girls soccer team Friday.

Leigh-Anne Bartlett and Aspen O’Neal each scored a goal in the closing minutes, giving the Indians a 2-2 tie with Hannibal in the opening round of the Moberly Tournament.

“In the first half we weren’t very good,” Fort Osage coach Andrew Fletcher said. “We looked tired. We were much better in the second half. I was proud of how the team came back and tied the game up.”

The 8-1-1 Indians meet Kirksville at 9 a.m. Saturday and host Moberly at 1 p.m.
