Bingham-Waggoner Estate will hold their annual Antique and Craft Fair from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 12 on the estate, 313 W. Pacific Ave., Independence.

There will be more than 100 antique dealers and crafters on the grounds. Original crafts, collectibles and lots of funky repurposed items will be available for purchase. The concession stands will be selling Polish sausages, hot dogs, hamburgers and walkin' tacos. There will also be kettle corn, lemonade and homemade cookies. A door prize drawing will be held every hour. The Spirit of Independence Community Band will play at noon.
