After today’s showers move through, forecasters say, it’ll be clear and cool all week. Some record lows could fall.
Tonight it should be clear with an overnight low of 54. The July 15 record for Kansas City is 56, set in 1990.
Tuesday’s National Weather Service forecast includes sunny skies and a high of 75 – the normal high is 89 – then an overnight low of 55. The July 16 record is 57, set in 1985.
It’s much the same for the rest of the week: 76/58 Wednesday, 77/60 Thursday, 80/63 Friday, then 84/68 Saturday with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.
