Lucy Jean Marie Bigham, daughter of Ryan Bigham and Ashley Cruwell of Independence, was born May 23, 2008. She weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches in length.
The maternal grandparents are Debbie and Ernie Cruwell, and the paternal grandparents are Rick and Jane Bigham, all of Independence.
The maternal great-grandfathers are James Payne Sr. of Independence, and Ernest Cruwell of Bates City. The paternal great-grandmothers are Jeanne Gantz of Grantville, Kan., and Velma Hunt of Independence.
