MaKenna Renae Evans, daughter of Bruce and Lindsay Evans of Blue Springs, was born March 7, 2008, at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence. She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches in length.
The maternal grandparents are Danny and Nancy Marriott of Excelsior Springs, Mo., and the late Kenny Derstler. The paternal grandparents are Jack and Sue Evans of Lexington, Mo.
