Edward Jones, a financial services firm with many Eastern Jackson County locations, has been rated the best advocate for clients, according to a study by Forrester Research Inc., an independent company charged with analyzing and identifying trends in technology and their impact on business.

For five consecutive years, Edward Jones, which has headquarters in St. Louis, consistently has landed at the top of the rankings during Forrester’s five client advocacy rankings.
