Paradise Park in Lee’s Summit announced plans to open its first new outdoor attraction since 2004. “The Maze” will become Paradise Park’s most unique and challenging attraction and is appropriate for all ages.
Guests will explore the twists and turns of the 5,000 square-foot labyrinth. Each participant has the opportunity to test their skills and see how quickly they can successfully find their way through the maze. A passport and time clock is used to challenge guests in search of the four letters that spell the word MAZE hidden inside the attraction. Guests must find each letter and then search for the exit to time out and record the fastest pace.
Individuals may look down into the maze from one of two elevated verandahs to take photos or simply check on the progress of participants taking the challenge.
A grand opening is scheduled from 4 to 6 p.m. Sept. 10. Following the grand opening, admission to this attraction is $5.95, under age 2 are free. For more information, visit www.Paradise-Park.com.
