American Family names local agent

American Family Insurance Group recently named Brian Manning as an agent. Manning opened an office Sept. 1 at 17601 E. U.S. 40, Independence. The office is opened from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends available by appointment.

Manning is a Raytown South High School graduate and obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Baker University. Manning lives in the Lee’s Summit area.
