Missouri 7, qualified by passing an on-site inspection by AAA representatives who checked quality control, customer service, types of vehicles served, the repair order system, equipment, staff qualifications and insurance coverage areas.
Earning this status means technicians certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence or vehicle manufacturers have certified that they have a training program and that technicians remain up to date. In addition, AAA conducts a survey of customers.
