Eating right can help your body recover faster. Most of you know that lean proteins are necessary to help the body recover from muscle damage.

However, other helpful foods include:

• Onions & Garlic: Full of sulfates, necessary for the healing of connective tissue.

• Cinnamon: It’s an antibiotic that keeps your blood clean and able to carry nutrients.

• Ginger: Prevents the production of too much bad inflammation.

• Limes: Contain Flavonoid compounds that have antioxidant and anti-cancer properties.

B-2 also helps your nerves heal faster and can be found in dark-green leafy vegetables.

Avoid use of NSAIDs, such as ibuprofen and aspirin.

Every year over 16,000 people die from the side effects associated with these drugs. Using this drug will complicate the muscle rebuilding process, and eventually remove the protective lining of the stomach and the heart.
