Center Place school presenting ‘The Sound of Music’ this weekend

Center Place Restoration School will perform the Rogers & Hammerstein musical, “The Sound of Music” this weekend at the school.
Performances are tonight, Friday and Saturday. Doors open at 6 p.m. with seating beginning at 6:30. “The Sound of Music” will fill your hearts at 7 p.m. 
Tickets are $7 per person and are available at the school during school hours or at the door.
 “The Sound of Music” is a Broadway musical and film based on the book “The Story of the Trapp Family Singers” by Maria von Trapp. 
The film version, starring Julie Andrews,  was one of the biggest box office hits in cinema history.
Come enjoy a night of family fun, supporting a cast and crew of nearly 60 students, a 16-piece adult orchestra and a huge volunteer production staff.
