The University of Missouri-Kansas City has been named one of the top 75 “Best Value” U.S. public universities by the Princeton Review.

In its profile, the editors of Princeton Review commented on UMKC’s “outstanding business programs” as well as its “notable fine art programs.” The faculty at the Kansas City university were also described as “experts in their field.” The Princeton Review looks at colleges and universities that make an effort to keep student’s out-of-pocket expenses reasonable while also striving to deliver an excellent college experience.

The Best Value Colleges: 2012 edition features 75 public and 75 private colleges including detailed information about each institution. More information can be found at The Princeton Review’s website, www.princetonreview.com/best-value-colleges.aspx.
