Floyd and Jo Hastings of Blue Springs wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Molly Elisabeth Hastings, to Kevin Joseph Price, son of Tom and Donna Price of St. Louis.
Miss Hastings, a graduate of Blue Springs South High School, received a master’s degree in education from Truman State University. Molly is a sixth grade language arts teacher at Moreland Ridge Middle School in Blue Springs.
Her fiancé received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Truman State, and is a third year dental student at University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.
A Nov. 22, 2008, wedding is planned at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Independence.
