Every year state and county Republican Party Committees hold their largest fundraising event of the year. This year the Jackson County Republican Committee is hosting their Reagan-Lincoln Day reception and dinner from 5:30 to 9 p.m., March 18, at the Adams Pointe Conference Center, 1400 N.E. Coronado Drive, Blue Springs.

Several of our statewide 2016 election winners will be joining them, the keynote speakers will be the Honorable Missouri Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft, and Juanpablo Andrade, President Trump's National Diversity Coalition Advisor and Member National Hispanic Advisory Council.

Key lawmakers attending will be House Speaker Todd Richardson (R) from the 152nd District and Majority Floor Leader Mike Cierpiot (R) from the 30th District. Missouri Attorney General Josh Hawley and Missouri State Treasurer Eric Schmitt are expected to attend if scheduling allows. There is a chance that Gov. Eric Greitens may also attend.

Tickets are $125 per person for the VIP reception and dinner, which includes membership in the Republican Ambassadors Club; and $40 for the dinner and program only.
