Local residents from Jackson, Johnson and Wyandotte counties, and the Northland, will join together with the American Cancer Society to raise funds and awareness in an effort save lives, celebrate lives and lead the fight for a world without cancer by participating in one of the three local American Cancer Society Relay For Life events on June 23.

Cancer survivors, caregivers, volunteers, and community members will unite to raise funds to help the American Cancer Society provide free information and support for people facing the disease today, and fund cancer research that will help protect future generations.
