The benefit dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 5, with featured chef, Brandon Winn from Webster House. The dinner will be a three course meal and features food from local farmers. The menu is as follows:

• First course: Watermelon, pistachio, roasted pepper vinaigrette, local greens, mint, basil, GDF sheep's milk cheese.

• Second course: Black garlic glazed pork belly, caramelized rice, cabbage, varietal onions, cilantro, carrot, lime vinaigrette.

• Third course: Braised beef short rib, smoked potato salad, grilled onion, greens, blue cheese vinaigrette.

• Final: Grilled pound cake, candied peaches, pickled blueberry compote, salted almond crème anglaise.
