Grief recovery sessions at New Life Church

Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care will hold a Grief Recovery Group for loss of a spouse from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursdays, through Sept. 28, at New Life Church, 801 S.W. 1st St., Oak Grove.

One of the least addressed concerns in our society is grief, the normal and natural reaction to loss. Loss can include many life changes following the death of a mate: Companionship, finances, someone to eat meals with, and make life’s decision; big and small. During this 8-week program, this Grief Recovery Method Outreach Program will guide attendees toward taking a series of action steps to move toward their healing into a richer quality of life.

You may join the class this week, then it becomes a closed group. For information, or to reserve your spot, email Vickie Mears at vickie.mears@crossroadshospice.com or call 816-268-2664.
