The GFWC Nu-Era Study Club will meet at 10:15 a.m. Oct. 4, at the Shatto Dairy Farm in Osborn, Mo. There will be a tour of the dairy and a 2nd District Update given by Ann Jones, President. Hostess, Sue Hancock will be providing cookies to celebrate Missouri Day (Oct. 18).

Please remember to bring: Money to purchase milk, a sack lunch, and be sure to wear purple in observance of ‘Domestic Violence Month.’

The Club’s October Service Project will be working on ‘Harvesters Stamp Out Hunger’ bags from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 10, at the home Sandy Dennis in Lee’s Summit. The Club will also be donating $100 to the Truman Medical Center Long Term Care Unit for holiday gifts for 2 residents.
