Blue Springs

Golden Eggroll, 1412 S. M-7 – On Sept. 14, the can opener had an accumulation of food residue, and the dish washer soap was found on the cooks food cart; both violations were corrected.

Waffle House, 1500 N.W. Woods Chapel Road – On Sept. 14, food at the make-ready table was out of temperature; discarded, re-inspections required. A bottle of glass cleaner was hanging on the bags in the boxes; corrected. Eggs stored out of the cooler and above the grill had no date and time on the chart; discarded.

Lake Lotawana

Coffee Cove Company, 9502 Lake Lotawana Road – On Sept. 14, a pitcher of tea was being stored in the ice bin which is used for consumption.

Lee's Summit

Our Lady of the Presentation Church/School, 150 N.W. Murray Road – On Sept. 14, inspectors found dry food and metal can shavings on the can opener blade; corrected.

Raytown

Eclipse Bar & Grill, 6512 Raytown Road – On Sept. 14, opened deli meat was observed undated in the reach-in cooler; corrected. Raw eggs were stored above ready-to-eat food in the walk-in cooler; corrected.

Valero, 6509 Raytown Road – On Sept. 14, chemicals were stored in a cabinet with single service items; corrected.
