McDonald's, 1225 S. Noland Road – On Sept. 27, the ice scoop was found lying in ice with the handle of the scoop in direct contact with the ice.
Cheddar's, 4675 S. Bass Pro Drive – On Oct. 2, cooked chicken was found sitting out at a temperatures ranging from 80-104 degrees; discarded.
Denny's, 3939 S. Noland Road – On Oct. 2, the vent hoods had heavy build-up on them. The dipping well had no circulating clean water; it was emptied and they were directed not to use it until it can be fixed.
Subway, 3850 S. Noland Road – On Oct. 2, the paper towel dispenser at the hand sink in the drive thru area was not functioning; repair or replace.
The Big Biscuit, 16506 E. U.S. 40 – On Oct. 3, the employees were using the hand washing sink as a dump sink.
Sterling Apple Market, 11215 E. U.S. 24 – On Oct. 4, inspectors found no available sanitized water.
