Blue Springs

Olive Garden, 801 N.E. Coronado Drive – On Oct. 25, soda nozzles behind the bar had a build-up; corrected.

MOD Pizza, 1112 N.E. Coronado Drive – On Nov. 2, the soda nozzles had an accumulation of build-up, the interior of the bus tubs used to store clean dishes were dirty, the can opener blade had an accumulation of dry food debris, and pizza cutters and tongs were being cleaned 4.5 hours and 6 hours apart; all violations were corrected.

Cosentino's Price Chopper Meat /Deli/ Seafood, 1101 S. M-7 – On Nov. 6, opened deli meats were not dated; discarded. A working chemical bottle in the meat department was unlabeled; corrected.

China Town Café, 756 W. U.S. 40 – On Nov. 8, the ice bucket had an accumulation of black residue on it; corrected. Several pans of ready-to-eat food in the reach-in cooler next to the hand washing sink were not dated; corrected.
