Blue Springs

Fazoli's, 810 W. 40 – On Nov. 14, inspectors found sticker residue on the clear plastic containers; corrected.

Linq Food Mart, 1501 S. M-7 – On Nov. 14, the ice machine in the back had a build-up of black residue inside it and the soda nozzles had a large accumulation of sticky residue; re-inspection required for both violations.

Grain Valley

Whiskey Tango, 401 E. South Outer Belt Road – On Nov. 2, the automatic dish machine was not dispensing sanitizing chemical during the cycle; correct. Pour spouts on the liquor bottles were dirty; corrected.

Lee's Summit

Schlotzsky's, 190 N.E. Tudor Road – On Oct. 25, the dish washer sanitizer tested at 0ppm; corrected.

McDonald's, 125 S.W. Missouri 150 – On Oct. 26, live roach activity was observed around the 3-compartment sink, water heater, and washing machine.

Russo's Pizza & Pub, 9324 S. M-7 – On Nov. 2, the interior of the microwave had an accumulation of dry food debris; corrected. Bottles of alcohol had fruit flies floating in them; discarded.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 1201 N.W. Innovation Pkwy. – On Nov. 6, no written procedures were available for using time without temperature control; corrected.

Wilshire at Lakewood Care Center, 600 N.E. Meadowview Drive – On Nov. 7, the dish washer heat did not reach in 160 degrees on the test strip; corrected.

Temp Stop, 1125 N.E. Douglas St. – On Nov. 7, the ice chute on the soda machine had a pink sticky residue; corrected.

Hy-Vee Kitchen/Chef Station/Chinese/ Salad Bar/Italian, 301 N.E. Rice Road – On Nov. 8, items for the kitchen in the walk-in cooler were undated; corrected. Chinese dishes in hot holding sitting above the edge of the pan were below 135 degrees; items had been out for approximately 1 hour, so they were reheated to 165 degrees and pans will not be filled above edge.

Hy-Vee Market Grille/Chef Station, 301 N.E. Rice Road – On Nov. 8, ice buckets were stored inverted on the top of the ice machine; corrected.

Sky Zone, 2821 N.E. McBain Drive – On Nov. 9, food in the reach-in cooler that was being held for more than 24 hours wasn't date marked; corrected.

Y-Leave Cafe & Vending – North, 777 N.W. Blue Pkwy. – On Nov. 9, the tea nozzles and can opener blade were dirty; corrected.

Y-Leave Cafe & Vending – South, 777 N.W. Blue Pkwy. – On Nov. 9, the nozzles on the tea urns were dirty; corrected.

Raytown

Pak American Phillips 66, 8111 E. 87th St. – On Oct. 21, a build-up was observed on soda nozzles; corrected.

The Roc Café, 10500 E. Missouri 350 – On Oct. 31, inspectors found undated food in the coolers; corrected.

Munji, 6701 Blue Ridge Blvd. – On Nov. 7, inspections found a build-up on the soda nozzles, and there was a dark build-up on the top interior of the ice machine; both were corrected. Chemicals were being stored with single service items and clean linens; corrected.
