Many were still struggling with the effects of the storm, however, fighting flood waters, power outages, property damage, snow and more. At least 62 people have been killed by the storm, The Associated Press said Wednesday.
About 6 million homes and businesses still have no power, and residents in Snowshoe Mountain, W.Va., were dealing with 23 - and counting - inches of snow.
