Animals Best Friends recently rescued four terrier mixes: two boys named Chubbers and Snickers, and two girls named Dolly and Emily. The previous owners could not keep them and needed assistance placing them, so ABF volunteered to take them and place them in good homes.
These kids are cute little terrier mixes ranging in weight from 11 to 20 pounds. They likely won’t get much bigger than they are now. All four have sweet dispositions and enjoy the attention they receive from their caregivers.
Chubbers, Snickers and Dolly are younger than 1 year old. Emily is about 1 and a half years old. All four enjoy playing with other dogs. They haven’t been around cats, but since they are young, adapting to cats should not be a problem.
Chubbers is short, stocky and has pretty markings. Dolly is adventurous and somewhat of an escape artist. She will likely need a tall fence. Emily seems to be already house trained because she will potty the minute she gets outside. Emily is scheduled to be on a video at www.examiner.net this week. Snickers has a habit of smiling at his caregivers when they come up to him. Although they each have their own personalities, all of these kids are sweet and loving.
If you are looking for a dog to join your family and think that one of these kids would be a good fit for your family, go to our website at www.animalsbestfriends.org and complete an application.
