Carolyn’s Country Cousins Pumpkin Parch is an 80-acre farm that includes 60 acres of planted pumpkins, corn and soybeans and another 20 acres set aside for entertainment and family fun. Carolyn’s, 17607 N.E. 52nd St. in Liberty, opened in 1991 and has been recognized by the North America Farmers’ Direct Marketing Association for Excellence in School Tours Program and for Excellence in Promotional Innovation.
The Liberty Corn Maze is next to the pumpkin patch, however, it is a separate admission. It is open seven days a week through Oct. 30 and is also available for school tours during the week. There is free parking and discount coupons are available at all Hy-Vee stores as well as other local businesses.
