BLUE SPRINGS
McDonald’s, 3116 S.W. Missouri 7, June 11 – No sanitizer detected in the rinse cycle of the dish machine (0 ppm available chlorine). Corrected by replacing empty sanitizer bottle (100 ppm available).
subway, 1240 Woods Chapel Road, June 11 – Two employee drink containers without lids or straws found on food prep table. Corrected.
the steamin’ bean coffee company, 1875 N.W. Missouri 7, June 13 – Quiche in reach-in cooler was 50 degrees (refrigerated potentially hazardous foods must be held at 41 degrees or cooler) - discarded. Thermostat was manually adjusted by person in charge to 39 degrees.

LEE’S SUMMIT
China dragon, 436 S.W. Ward, June 10 – There was a bowl of employee food on the cooks prep line. Corrected during inspection. There were containers of raw meat stored above containers of cooked meat in the walk-in cooler. Corrected during inspection. There was a container of chicken on the cooks line that was 57 degrees. Since the chicken had been above 45 degrees for less than two hours, it was salvaged by moving it to the walk-in cooler, which was holding other product at the proper temperature. Potentially hazardous foods must be held at 45 F or below or 135 F or above. Corrected. There were containers of breaded chicken in the walk-in cooler that would not be used within 24 hours without a seven-day discard label. There was a bottle of dish soap stored on a food shelf beside an open container of garlic water. Corrected during inspection.
Lakewood oaks Golf club, 651 N.E. St. Andrews Circle, June 10 – A plate of sausage was on counter next to grill, (downstairs), and had a temperature of 65 degrees. Operator stated that it had been without temperature control for less than two hours and was allowed to be salvaged by putting it in an adjacent cooler that was properly holding other products. Corrected. Dish machine’s sanitizer tub had been disconnected. Provide 50 to 200 ppm of CI based sanitizer. Abated during inspection. In downstairs grill, there was an unmarked spray bottle. Label toxic containers as to contents. Abated during inspection.
CIAo! bella, 235 S.E. Main St., June 11 – A spray bottle containing a chemical was stored next to a food processor. Store toxics away from food contact utensils. Abated during inspection.
grandpa’s fun food and catering, 301 Central, June 12 – Raw hamburgers were stored above ready-to-eat foods in reach-in cooler. Corrected.
Hartman Park, 700 S.W. Pryor Road, June 12 – No hot water available at time of inspection. Hot water heater was not working. Very little water pressure available at the restroom hand sinks.
Lakewood snack bar, 4105 Lake Drive, June 12 – Person in charge stated that warewashing is done in the handwashing sink.

RAYTOWN
Super Splash, 53 Place and Raytown Road, June 12 - Chicken nuggets in hot holding cabinet were 101 degrees today. Discarded. There was mold in the ice machine bin.
