PIZZA STREET, 3503 S. Noland Road, May 13 – Employees noted touching cooked pizza crust with hands while cutting, moving from pan to pan, or while taking pizza pan off oven. Must use gloves. Back handwashing sink noted not properly attached to wall. Repair. Manager on duty did not know where food handler cards were located and did not seem to understand inspection. Manager had a Kansas City permit, not a valid food manager permit with the City of Independence.
