Independence Police say they have identified multiple suspects from last month's one-night string of vandalism incidents involving broken vehicle windows.

Police say no arrests have been made, but they have conducted numerous interviews and charges are pending.

The incidents involving at least 45 citizen vehicles occurred overnight Feb. 20 into Feb. 21 and generally were concentrated on several blocks along Blue Ridge Boulevard in southwest Independence. The windows had been broken by blunt objects or shots from pellet guns, but not due to firearms, police said. Each incident is being treated as its own case, though the ID'd suspects are for all the cases.
