Grain Valley police are investigating a small string of racist graffiti incidents from earlier this week.

The graffiti was scrawled on at least two vehicles on or about Monday and Tuesday, police said, in the 700 block of Southwest Graystone Drive and the 400 block of Southwest Oakwood Lane.

The graffiti included “KKK,” swastika designs, racial slurs and sexually suggestive images, police said. The targeted vehicles belong to black and white owners, they said.

Anyone with information about the vandalism is urged to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
