Lee's Summit police continue to investigate a vandalism string that left 75 vehicles and a few houses damaged with windows shot out by an air rifle early Saturday.

Police say the damage reports were scattered throughout the city, but the largest concentrations came from the east and southwest sectors of the city, and they believe the vandals did their damage largely between 1 and 5 a.m.

Police have identified a suspect vehicle – a gray, 1980s model Lincoln Town Car occupied by three white males who appeared to be about 18 years old – and they have asked residents to review any video surveillance they might have at their residence to see if the suspects or their vehicle were caught on camera.

Anyone with information about the vandalism string should call the LSPD Tips hotline at 816-969-1752.
