Phillips 66, 3120 S. M-7 – On Dec. 8, there was a build-up of food/debris on the soda nozzles, pickle tongs and the microwave; all violations were corrected.
Edge of Town Café, 960 S.W. 37th St. – On Dec. 13, the dish washing machine was not sanitizing; re-inspections required. The outside of the ice buckets had a black residue; corrected.
Pavilion At Centerline, 1900 S.E. U.S. 40 – On Dec. 14, the small ice machine under the bar top had a build-up of dirt and debris; corrected.
Pizza Hut, 1114 N.W. Woods Chapel Road – On Dec. 19, the dish washer tested at 0ppm chlorine sanitizer; re-inspection required.
Stuey McBrews, 321 S.E. Main St. – On Dec. 7, bottles of chemical had no labels; corrected.
Summit Grill and Bar, 4835 N.E. Lakewood Way – On Dec. 11, an employee push the trash down with his gloved hand and then touch the raw meat without washing his hands and changes his gloves; corrected.
The Peanut, 219 S.E. Main St. – On Dec. 11, the slicer had an accumulation of dry food build-up, the nozzles on the soda guns at the bar had build-up, the interior of the reach-in cooler near the fryers and on the cooks line were dirty, and the interior of the container holding the clean lids had an accumulation of dry food debris inside; all violations were corrected. Containers of ready-to-eat food were not dated; containers were dated and the containers where the prep date was unknown were discarded.
Llywelyn's Pub, 301 S.E. Douglas St. – On Dec. 12, the kitchen dish washer sanitizer and the dish washer behind the back bar tested at 0ppm; corrected.
Jack in the Box, 951 N.E. Sam Walton Lane – On Dec. 13, and employee was using a cell phone then went to cut the lettuce without washing hands; corrected. The shake machine had food residue all over the inside; corrected.
Master Wok, 3757 S.W. Raintree Drive – On Dec. 13, inspectors found unlabeled spray bottles. Food debris build-up was observed on the can opener blade.
