54th Street Grill and Bar, 1307 S.W. M-7 – On Dec. 29, a coffee mug with no lid or straw was sitting on the counter next to food and clean dishes, and an employee was observed drinking from a container that did not contain a lid or straw in the wait staff area; both were corrected.

Pancho's, 802 S.W. U.S. 40 – On Dec. 29, raw peeled potatoes were next to the raw chicken in the walk-in cooler; corrected.

Bake My Day, 825 N.E. Lakewood Blvd. – On Dec. 28, eggs were stored above ready-to-eat foods in the reach-in cooler; corrected.

La Fuente, 899 S.W. Lemans Lane – On Dec. 28, the sanitizer in the dish machine was too weak; corrected.

Third Street Social, 123 S.E. 3rd St. – On Dec. 28, raw beef was stored above crab cakes and ready-to-eat foods in the reach-in cooler; corrected.
