A line of motorcycles, on the central route of the cross-country trek Run for the Wall, approaches the Noland Road overpass on Interstate 70 late Monday morning. The annual motorcycle run honors veterans and POW/MIA and ends this weekend in Washington, D.C. Motorcyclists started Monday in Junction City, Kansas and traveled to Wentzville, Missouri, later in the day, with breaks in Topeka and Concordia on either side of Independence. The motorcycle line, which was escorted by law enforcement, was long enough that it took more than two minutes to pass through a location. [Mike Genet/The Examiner]
