Rep. Sheila Solon has outraised her primary opponent, Republican Chris Lievsay of Blue Springs, during this campaign cycle. Solon is seeking re-election to the Missouri House of Representatives in the newly created 31st District. The primary is Tuesday.

According to financial disclosure statements filed with the Missouri Ethics Commission, Solon had $24,341.83 on hand in January. She has raised $63,867.18 this election cycle and has spent $34,762.28.

Among her largest expenditures was $6,447.02 to the Marvel Group in Lee’s Summit for campaign management and advertising. She also spent more than $6,000 on voter contact services through Axiom Strategies/Candidate Command L.L.C. in Kansas City.
