Seminars teach money saving techniques, internet safety

1What is ASBNC Training and Consulting, and where is it located?

ASBNC Training and Consulting is a local business in Blue Springs (that) provides computer and corporate training services. We are at the 1700 building Suite 101 on U.S. 40, next to Meyer Music.



2 Can you tell us about the two events that are coming up Saturday in Blue Springs?

We are excited to be hosting two free events for the community and would love to invite you to visit our training facility. We will be hosting a free Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University “Super Saving” class Saturday Aug. 7 at 4 p.m., and free back to school “Internet Safety, I’m a Safe Surfer” classes for parents and kids on this Saturday August 7 and again on Aug. 14th. There will be two sessions held each day, 1-2 or 2-3 p.m. Each child will receive a back to school starter kit. Please call 228-1594 to reserve your session time.



3 Is the Internet safety course geared toward adults or children – perhaps both?

The “Internet Safety, I’m a Safe Surfer” class is a wonderful opportunity for both parents and kids to interact together and discover safe and fun internet surfing options. There are many threats on the Internet today that parents should be aware of; however, there are also many safe and fun learning alternatives. Each parent and child will receive a Child Identification Packet, a “Fun in Learning” interactive computer training session, a Back to School starter kit, a chance to enter a drawing for a backpack and school supplies  and treats and refreshments.

 

4 Could you explain in a little more detail the “Super Saving” class?

Dave Ramsey is a personal money management expert and an extremely popular national radio personality and author. Dave developed the Financial Peace University learning series to teach individuals and families how to get out of debt, stay out of debt and build wealth. The “Super Saving” lesson is the first of the 13 session series of Financial Peace University (FPU). 5 What other services does ASBNC Training and Consulting provide, and are there any more upcoming events?

ASBNC Training and Consulting offers many class opportunities for individual personal computer and development training. We offer classes from basic typing and Microsoft Office Suite to Multimedia, video and photo production. There are classes and tutoring sessions for children and youth. We also offer fundamental business basics and business management classes. Our corporate training classes are second to none and are designed to accentuate a company’s workforce’s core knowledge, in order to develop, improve and maximize business success objectives such as; obtaining excellent customer service, sales, and time management skills.
