Halloween is – last of the month,

Beware of ghosts and goblins too;

Haunted houses – some around

And witches on broomsticks anew!

Sometimes parades have many band,

And floats of Halloween to see;

Witch candies are in – gold pot,

This fun time – a place to be!

So, on with this – once a year,

‘Tis scary Halloween and then,

Put on a mask –knock on doors

For “Trick or Treat” – again!

Halloween –some folk don’t like,

But kids look forward to each year;

Be careful out there –  “boos” are heard

Be sure your route –is clear!
