Eastern Jackson County, MO —
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office's Traffic Safety Task Force will conduct a DWI checkpoint late Saturday night and early Sunday morning in Eastern Jackson County.
The checkpoint will briefly stop traffic to check for intoxicated drivers. The checkpoint is funded by grants awarded from the Missouri Department of Transportation's Highway Safety Division and the Missouri Safety Center.
