No Independence City Council meeting will take place Monday.
A study session originally scheduled for 6 p.m. Feb. 13 was canceled. Council members will meet again during a regular business meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21. That meeting is on Tuesday instead of Monday because of the Presidents Day holiday on Feb. 20.
