Gov. Jay Nixon has appointed a Kansas City attorney to the Jackson County Sports Complex Authority.
Bough is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Stephen R. Bough. The governor appointed him today to term ending July 15, 2017. He was one of three people nominated by the Jackson County Legislature.
The Sports Authority oversees the maintenance and operation of the Harry S. Truman Sports Complex, which includes Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums.
